Her work explores how journalism and communication shape conflict, social change, and peacebuilding\u2014especially through the language, frames, and narrative choices that define how \u201cthe other\u201d is portrayed. She teaches and publishes on peace journalism, constructive and conflict-sensitive reporting, and the ethical challenges of representing civilian experience in polarised, trauma-affected contexts.
