Star\u0161ia gener\u00e1cia v\u017edy hovor\u00ed o tej mlad\u0161ej, \u017ee je leniv\u00e1, nezodpovedn\u00e1 a nechce sa im robi\u0165. Ja si sk\u00f4r mysl\u00edm, \u017ee sa nad pr\u00e1cou viac zam\u00fd\u0161\u013eame. Chceme si ju u\u013eah\u010di\u0165 a nechceme iba \u017ei\u0165 a pracova\u0165, pracova\u0165, ale \u017eivot si trochu viac u\u017ei\u0165.<\/li>\n<li>Od pr\u00e1ce o\u010dak\u00e1vam, \u017ee ma to bude hlavne bavi\u0165 a nap\u013a\u0148a\u0165 a \u017ee tam budem chodi\u0165 s rados\u0165ou, \u010di u\u017e kv\u00f4li kolekt\u00edvu alebo kv\u00f4li n\u00e1plni pr\u00e1ce. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 o\u010dak\u00e1vam, \u017ee sa budem st\u00e1le pos\u00fava\u0165 \u010falej a r\u00e1s\u0165. Ak by boli in\u00e9 ako tie moje, ur\u010dite by som tam nechcel by\u0165. Ak by tam boli \u013eudia s\u00a0in\u00fdmi hodnotami, asi by sme si celkovo nerozumeli a\u00a0ja si neviem predstavi\u0165 fungova\u0165 v\u00a0takejto pr\u00e1ci.Pod\u013ea m\u0148a by sa firma mala zauj\u00edma\u0165 o\u00a0t\u00e9my, ktor\u00e9 sa aktu\u00e1lne rie\u0161ia. Napr\u00edklad du\u0161evn\u00e9 a\u00a0fyzick\u00e9 zdravie. Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby \u013eudia pre nich neboli len \u010d\u00edsla. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee by zamestn\u00e1vatelia mali zauj\u00edma\u0165 aj o\u00a0aktu\u00e1lne dianie v\u00a0spolo\u010dnosti a\u00a0nemali by sa prikl\u00e1\u0148a\u0165 na stranu politikov, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa pr\u00e1ve pri moci. Mali by si udr\u017eiava\u0165 svoje hodnoty, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa spojen\u00e9 so z\u00e1padnou demokraciou a\u00a0slobodou. Nemala by podlieha\u0165 tlakom verejnosti. D\u00f4le\u017eitou t\u00e9mou, ktor\u00e1 by zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom nemala by\u0165 \u013eahostajn\u00e1, je aj klimatick\u00e1 kr\u00edza.<\/li>\n<li>Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee pr\u00e1ve t\u00fa\u017eba po work-life balance je to \u010do n\u00e1s odli\u0161uje od predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facej gener\u00e1cie. Gener\u00e1cie pred nami len pracovali a pracovali a chceli najm\u00e4 u\u017eivi\u0165 seba a svoju rodinu. Gener\u00e1cia Z sa pod\u013ea m\u0148a viac zam\u00fd\u0161\u013ea, ako si \u017eivot u\u017ei\u0165 a nevenova\u0165 v\u0161etok \u010das len pr\u00e1ci. Ja autority po\u010d\u00favam, no ke\u010f m\u00e1m na vec in\u00fd n\u00e1zor, argumentujem a\u00a0neprikyvujem za ka\u017ed\u00fa cenu. Za svoju pravdu by som bol ochotn\u00fd riskova\u0165 aj pracovn\u00e9 miesto. A ani ja sa tak nec\u00edtim. Teraz mo\u017eno menej rob\u00edme manu\u00e1lne, no viac rob\u00edme hlavou.<\/li>\n<li>O\u010dak\u00e1vam, \u017ee budem robi\u0165 to \u010do ma bav\u00ed a \u017ee budem robi\u0165 s\u00e1m na seba a v\u010faka mojej poctivej pr\u00e1ci sa o tom dozvedia aj z\u00e1kazn\u00edci, ktor\u00ed vyu\u017eij\u00fa moje slu\u017eby. Z\u00a0minulosti m\u00e1m sk\u00fasenosti s\u00a0falo\u0161n\u00fdm pracovn\u00fdm kolekt\u00edvom a\u00a0nekompetentn\u00fdm \u0161\u00e9fom. Navy\u0161e sa nedodr\u017eiavali stanoven\u00e9 dohody. Toto v\u00a0pr\u00e1ci rozhodne za\u017e\u00edva\u0165 nechcem.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c1no, z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed mi na hodnot\u00e1ch firmy, v ktorej pracujem. Chcem najm\u00e4 to, aby firma robila svoju pr\u00e1cu prec\u00edzne a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 je oh\u013eadupln\u00e1 vo\u010di svojim zamestnancom. Viac mi vyhovuje pracova\u0165 v\u00a0men\u0161ej firme ako v\u00a0nejakom korpor\u00e1te.<\/li>\n<li>Rovnov\u00e1ha medzi pr\u00e1cou a\u00a0s\u00fakromn\u00fdm \u017eivotom je pre m\u0148a ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1. Potrebujem si aj odd\u00fdchnu\u0165. Mojich cie\u013eom ur\u010dite nie je sa v pr\u00e1ci zodra\u0165 do posledn\u00fdch s\u00edl.<\/li>\n<li>Nem\u00e1m probl\u00e9m s\u00a0po\u010d\u00favan\u00edm autor\u00edt. Moji nadriaden\u00ed mi d\u00e1vaj\u00fa ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 nejak\u00e9 \u00falohy a\u00a0aby firma dobre fungovala, mus\u00edm ich po\u010d\u00fava\u0165. D\u00e1vame si viac z\u00e1le\u017ea\u0165 na tom, kde pracujeme. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 si na\u0161a gener\u00e1cia vie n\u00e1js\u0165 cesti\u010dky, ako pracova\u0165 menej, alebo nepracova\u0165 v\u00f4bec. Vedia si pr\u00e1cu skombinova\u0165 s\u00a0cestovan\u00edm \u010di in\u00fdmi aktivitami. Nemysl\u00edm si teda, \u017ee by sa gener\u00e1cii Z\u00a0pracova\u0165 nechcelo, ale s\u00fa dos\u0165 \u0161ikovn\u00ed na to, aby si na\u0161li svoje cesti\u010dky a\u00a0ne\u0161li pracova\u0165 len tak hocikde.<\/li>\n<li>Mne z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, aby som si vedela ur\u010dova\u0165 pracovn\u00fd \u010das. Ja pracujem a\u00a0pracujem ve\u013ea, ale musia to by\u0165 veci, ktor\u00e9 ma bavia. Bav\u00ed ma tr\u00e9nova\u0165 deti, robi\u0165 detsk\u00e9 oslavy a\u00a0bav\u00ed ma aj psychol\u00f3gia. No pr\u00e1ve t\u00e1 je psychicky najn\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161ia. Niekedy ma to vy\u010derp\u00e1va, tak si to sledujem a\u00a0sna\u017e\u00edm sa s\u00a0t\u00fdm pracova\u0165. K\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fd je pre m\u0148a kolekt\u00edv a\u00a0to, aby som v\u00a0pr\u00e1ci videla zmysel. Pri pl\u00e1van\u00ed vid\u00edm, ako die\u0165a napreduje a\u00a0str\u00e1ca strach. V\u00a0psychol\u00f3gii som tam pre tie deti a\u00a0viem im pom\u00f4c\u0165, ke\u010f maj\u00fa \u0165a\u017ekosti. A\u00a0bavia ma aj oslavy, ja sa rada zab\u00e1vam a\u00a0te\u0161\u00ed ma, ke\u010f vid\u00edm, \u017ee s\u00fa deti \u0161\u0165astn\u00e9.<br \/>\nZ\u00e1rove\u0148 chcem pomal\u0161\u00ed \u017eivot, ma\u0165 \u010das na kamar\u00e1tov, rodinu a\u00a0cestovanie. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je v\u0161ak aj to, aby ma pr\u00e1ca u\u017eivila. Nepotrebujem ve\u013ea, lebo ve\u013ea nem\u00ed\u0148am. Teraz si viem dobre zarobi\u0165 a\u00a0dopria\u0165 si, \u010do potrebujem. Ke\u010f u\u017e sa \u010dlovek mus\u00ed nah\u00e1\u0148a\u0165 a\u00a0plati\u0165 napr\u00edklad hypot\u00e9ku, tak je to n\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161ie.<\/li>\n<li>Mala som pr\u00e1ce, kde hodnoty ve\u013emi vybudovan\u00e9 nemali. Rie\u0161ili len to, ko\u013eko klientov bud\u00fa ma\u0165. Ja som to v\u0161ak pri mojej pr\u00e1ci nijako nec\u00edtila, a\u00a0tak som tam pracovala dlhodobo aj napriek tomu. Ke\u010f nad t\u00fdm rozm\u00fd\u0161\u013eam, asi by som chcela, aby mi na t\u00fdchto veciach z\u00e1le\u017ealo viac.<br \/>\nVyru\u0161uje ma, ke\u010f firma neberie oh\u013ead nad zamestnancov. Stalo sa mi, \u017ee zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e neh\u013eadel napr\u00edklad na to, \u010di sme chor\u00ed, ale zauj\u00edmalo ho len to, aby sme si odrobili, \u010do bolo treba.<\/li>\n<li>Work life balance je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd. Ke\u010f sa prepracuje\u0161, tak pr\u00e1cu nerob\u00ed\u0161 dobre. Vid\u00edm to aj na sebe. Ke\u010f rob\u00edm fakt ve\u013ea, ned\u00e1vam zo seba maximum a\u00a0nerob\u00edm svoju pr\u00e1cu na sto percent. Niektor\u00e9 firmy sa teraz sna\u017eia, aby sa \u010dlovek c\u00edtil v\u00a0pr\u00e1ci lep\u0161ie. Organizuj\u00fa aj r\u00f4zne spolo\u010dn\u00e9 teambuildingov\u00e9 aktivity, no v\u00a0kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku sa aj tam \u010dlovek c\u00edti ako v\u00a0pr\u00e1ci, tak\u017ee to m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 aj na \u0161kodu.<\/li>\n<li>Je pre m\u0148a \u013eahk\u00e9 po\u010d\u00fava\u0165 autority, ak s\u00fa to rozumn\u00e9 autority. Ak je zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eovi jedno, ako sa c\u00edtim, alebo v\u00a0akom som zdravotnom stave, som schopn\u00e1 sa aj poh\u00e1da\u0165. Je pravda, \u017ee aj ke\u010f som sa narodila v roku 2000, odjak\u017eiva som bola obklopen\u00e1 star\u0161\u00edmi a aj teraz je ve\u013ea mojich bl\u00edzkych \u013eud\u00ed v star\u0161om veku. Som preto zvyknut\u00e1 pozera\u0165 sa na seba a svojich rovesn\u00edkov trochu in\u00fdmi o\u010dami. A tie\u017e m\u00e1m okolo seba mnoho pracovit\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed. Uvedomujem si ale, \u017ee oproti mojim s\u00farodencom, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa revolu\u010dn\u00fdmi de\u0165mi, sme menej ambici\u00f3zna gener\u00e1cia. Mo\u017eno je to preto, \u017ee sme mali v\u0161etko. U\u017e na prvom stupni z\u00e1kladnej \u0161koly sme mali k dispoz\u00edcii internet a mohli sme ho pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 pri tvorbe projektov \u010di \u00faloh do \u0161koly. Bola to ve\u013ek\u00e1 pomoc, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 n\u00e1s to obralo o discipl\u00ednu a schopnos\u0165 robi\u0165 na nie\u010dom dlho a nevzda\u0165 sa tak r\u00fdchlo &#8211; to vn\u00edmam na na\u0161ej gener\u00e1cii. Leniv\u00ed sme asi rovnako ako ka\u017ed\u00fd v na\u0161om veku &#8211; chceme si na\u0161u mlados\u0165, samozrejme, u\u017ei\u0165. Probl\u00e9m je sk\u00f4r v tom, \u017ee sa pr\u00edli\u0161 skoro vzd\u00e1vame, ke\u010f nie\u010do nefunguje a m\u00e1me v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu tendenciu zuteka\u0165, ke\u010f sa nedar\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Som typ \u010dloveka, ktor\u00fd si nevybral jednu oblas\u0165, v ktorej sa chce zdokona\u013eova\u0165 a r\u00e1s\u0165. Vn\u00edmam to v mnohom ako nev\u00fdhodu, ale m\u00e1 to v sebe aj nie\u010do pozit\u00edvne. Preto sa pri v\u00fdbere pr\u00e1ce nepozer\u00e1m stopercentne na jej obsah. Sna\u017e\u00edm sa pozera\u0165 sk\u00f4r na to, \u010di viem na danej poz\u00edcii pon\u00faknu\u0165 nie\u010do zo svojich zru\u010dnost\u00ed, ale aj povahov\u00fdch \u010d\u0155t a z\u00e1rove\u0148 \u010di dan\u00e1 poz\u00edcia vie pon\u00faknu\u0165 nie\u010do nov\u00e9 mne. Ve\u013emi mi z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, s k\u00fdm spolupracujem. Napr\u00edklad na pracovn\u00fdch pohovoroch sa sna\u017e\u00edm navn\u00edma\u0165 druh\u00fa stranu, ak\u00fd je m\u00f4j potenci\u00e1lny \u0161\u00e9f alebo \u0161\u00e9fka. \u010ci s nimi m\u00e1m nejak\u00e9 prieniky a \u010di si rozumieme. V celom tom pracovno-profesion\u00e1lnom vz\u0165ahu sa sna\u017e\u00edm prim\u00e1rne h\u013eada\u0165 \u013eudskos\u0165 a f\u00e9rovos\u0165. Ak z druhej strany c\u00edtim prehnan\u00e9 o\u010dak\u00e1vania alebo pr\u00edli\u0161 biznisov\u00fd pr\u00edstup, ktor\u00fd je zameran\u00fd hlavne na v\u00fdkon a zisk, je to pre m\u0148a odstra\u0161uj\u00face.<\/li>\n<li>Starostlivos\u0165 o \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie a oh\u013eaduplnos\u0165 k men\u0161in\u00e1m s\u00fa pre m\u0148a d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 t\u00e9my, ktor\u00e9 prim\u00e1rne rie\u0161im sama v sebe. Uvedomujem si, \u017ee je to, bohu\u017eia\u013e, obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 v tejto politickej situ\u00e1cii na n\u00e1s jednotlivcoch. Je ve\u013emi pote\u0161uj\u00face, ke\u010f vid\u00edm, \u017ee m\u00e1 firma napr\u00edklad pozit\u00edvny vz\u0165ah k ekol\u00f3gii, hlavne ke\u010f vid\u00edm re\u00e1lne kroky a aktivity, ktor\u00e9 rob\u00ed. Nau\u010dila som sa v\u0161ak, \u017ee to nem\u00f4\u017eem o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165 a pova\u017eova\u0165 za samozrejmos\u0165. \u010casto toti\u017e firmy aj nie\u010do robia v r\u00e1mci podpory neziskov\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed, ale vn\u00fatri ich firmy je nastavenie in\u00e9 a mo\u017eno tam nefunguj\u00fa ani z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 veci ako je triedenie odpadu. To ma ve\u013emi mrz\u00ed, lebo toto za samozrejmos\u0165 pova\u017eujem a v\u017edy ma zarm\u00fati, ke\u010f je realita in\u00e1. Ak by som to mala zhrn\u00fa\u0165, do ve\u013ekej miery mi z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, ak\u00e9 m\u00e1 firma hodnoty, neviem si predstavi\u0165, \u017ee by som pracovala pre nejak\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobcu, ktor\u00fd napr\u00edklad produkuje fast fashion. Ale viem, \u017ee moje hodnoty alebo \u0161tandardy v r\u00e1mci ekol\u00f3gie s\u00fa nastaven\u00e9 dos\u0165 pr\u00edsne a m\u00e1loktor\u00e1 firma je schopn\u00e1 ich splni\u0165, tak\u017ee tam som v\u010fa\u010dn\u00e1 a ocen\u00edm ak\u00fako\u013evek mali\u010dkos\u0165.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e1m star\u0161\u00edch rodi\u010dov, od ktor\u00fdch som sa nau\u010dila ve\u013ea dobr\u00fdch vec\u00ed, ale aj nejak\u00e9 zlozvyky. Jedn\u00fdm z nich je d\u00e1va\u0165 na prv\u00e9 miesto nie\u010do in\u00e9 ne\u017e seba &#8211; \u010dasto je to pr\u00e1ca. Aj ke\u010f je moja pracovn\u00e1 kari\u00e9ra e\u0161te kr\u00e1tka, m\u00e1m za sebou obdobie, ke\u010f som skoro vyhorela. Viem \u010dasto nie\u010do prep\u00e1li\u0165, som toti\u017e niekedy a\u017e pr\u00edli\u0161 zodpovedn\u00e1 a beriem si na seba viac ne\u017e by som mala. Akt\u00edvne v\u0161ak na tom pracujem a sna\u017e\u00edm si od za\u010diatku stanovova\u0165 hranice. Je mi sympatick\u00e9, ke\u010f na \u013eu\u010foch vid\u00edm pracovitos\u0165, ale nemalo by to \u00eds\u0165 na \u00fakor s\u00fakromia. M\u00e1m niekedy v\u00fd\u010ditky, \u017ee som e\u0161te mlad\u00e1, teraz by som toho mala stihn\u00fa\u0165 \u010do najviac. \u010co najviac sa nau\u010di\u0165, z\u00edska\u0165 ve\u013ea sk\u00fasenost\u00ed, ale na druhej strane sa nechcem n\u00e1hli\u0165 a \u017ei\u0165 iba pre pr\u00e1cu. Prich\u00e1dzam na to, \u017ee ke\u010f m\u00e1 \u010dlovek \u010das na seba, najprv sa dobije \u010di u\u017e nejak\u00fdm kon\u00ed\u010dkom alebo len jednoduch\u00fdm oddychom, tak potom vie odvies\u0165 kvalitn\u00fa pr\u00e1cu. Najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie je v\u0161ak sa najsk\u00f4r dobi\u0165 a potom \u00eds\u0165 robi\u0165 nie\u010do pln\u00fd energie. Ak to funguje tak, \u017ee mak\u00e1me a nem\u00e1me \u010das\u0165 sa plne nabi\u0165, m\u00f4\u017ee sa n\u00e1m to po dlh\u0161om \u010dase vypomsti\u0165.<\/li>\n<li>Op\u00e4\u0165 asi spomeniem mojich star\u0161\u00edch rodi\u010dov. Cez nich som sa odmali\u010dka nau\u010dila autority po\u010d\u00fava\u0165. Mo\u017eno niekedy a\u017e tak, \u017ee aj ke\u010f sa mi diala krivda, ml\u010dala som. Je to bohu\u017eia\u013e pozostatok v\u00fdchovy ich rodi\u010dov &#8211; teda mojich star\u00fdch rodi\u010dov. Nepozer\u00e1m sa preto na nich cez prsty. Rozumiem, \u017ee robili najlep\u0161ie, ako vedeli. S autoritami teda vo v\u0161eobecnosti probl\u00e9m nem\u00e1m. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed ale od toho, \u010do, respekt\u00edve koho, si pod t\u00fdm pojmom predstav\u00edme. Ma\u0165 vysok\u00fa \u0161kolu? Alebo rad\u0161ej prax? Pracova\u0165 v jednej firme 10 rokov? Alebo ma\u0165 sk\u00fasenosti z r\u00f4znych odborov? Tieto v\u0161etky atrib\u00faty m\u00f4\u017eu vies\u0165 k jemnej rozhodovacej paral\u00fdze. No a\u00a0potom prich\u00e1dza n\u00e1zor: <em>&#8220;k\u00fdm som mlad\u00fd treba si u\u017ei\u0165 \u017eivot&#8221;<\/em> \u2013 a\u00a0potom sa m\u00f4\u017ee javi\u0165, \u017ee gener\u00e1cia Z nie je pracovit\u00e1. Na druhej strane si ale mysl\u00edm, \u017ee gener\u00e1cia Z, z \u010dasti vychovan\u00e1 modern\u00fdmi technol\u00f3giami, m\u00e1 ve\u013emi \u0161pecifick\u00fa paletu schopnost\u00ed, ktor\u00fdmi vieme prispie\u0165 firm\u00e1m na trhu pr\u00e1ce k rastu.<\/li>\n<li>Budem hovori\u0165 v pr\u00edtomnom \u010dase, preto\u017ee moment\u00e1lne rob\u00edm v pr\u00e1ci, ktor\u00e1 ma nap\u013a\u0148a na 100%. M\u00e1m \u010dasov\u00fa vo\u013enos\u0165 &#8211; nepracujem &#8220;od &#8211; do&#8221; a m\u00e1m mo\u017enosti kari\u00e9rneho rastu. Platov\u00e9 podmienky ovplyv\u0148ujem do maxim\u00e1lnej miery svoj\u00edm v\u00fdkonom a t\u00fdm p\u00e1dom na seba preber\u00e1m maxim\u00e1lnu zodpovednos\u0165 za svoj \u017eivot. Nepracoval by som v pr\u00e1ci, ktor\u00e1 by bola pr\u00edli\u0161 monot\u00f3nna, bez mo\u017enosti vytv\u00e1rania kreat\u00edvnych rie\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9mov. Taktie\u017e by som nikdy nepracoval v pr\u00e1ci, kde by o mojej pr\u00e1ci a mojom osude vo firme rozhodoval tak\u00fd ten typick\u00fd stereotyp zatrpknut\u00e9ho star\u00e9ho \u0161\u00e9fa, ktor\u00fd m\u00e1 hodnoty gener\u00e1cie o 2 levely star\u0161ej ako na\u0161a.<\/li>\n<li>Ur\u010dite mi ve\u013emi z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na pr\u00edstupe firmy k \u017eivotn\u00e9mu prostrediu, k zamestnancom a aj samotn\u00fdm z\u00e1kazn\u00edkom. Na druhej strane si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee pre v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu \u013eud\u00ed tieto faktory nie s\u00fa nato\u013eko rozhoduj\u00face, aby pre ne napr\u00edklad odmietli lukrat\u00edvnu pracovn\u00fa ponuku. Osobne sa viac prikl\u00e1\u0148am k pr\u00edstupu, \u017ee s\u00e1m svoj\u00edm konan\u00edm budem prispieva\u0165 k lep\u0161ej firemnej kult\u00fare a spr\u00e1vaniu sa \u013eud\u00ed \u010di u\u017e k \u017eivotn\u00e9mu prostrediu alebo k sam\u00fdm sebe.<\/li>\n<li>Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlovek m\u00e1 na v\u00fdber. Aby niekto vyhral v kapitalizme (bez toho, \u017ee sa narod\u00ed do kr\u00e1\u013eovskej rodiny) je potrebn\u00e9 za \u017eivot vykona\u0165 ist\u00e9 mno\u017estvo pr\u00e1ce. Pr\u00e1ce na sebe a svojich zru\u010dnostiach a tie n\u00e1sledne poskytova\u0165 druh\u00fdm \u013eu\u010fom za peniaze. T\u00fato pr\u00e1cu si bu\u010f vieme rozlo\u017ei\u0165 na 40 rokov a ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 robi\u0165 malink\u00e9 posuny, alebo si vyhrn\u00fa\u0165 ruk\u00e1vy a na 5 a\u017e 10 rokov maxim\u00e1lne vyst\u00fapi\u0165 z komfortnej z\u00f3ny a pracova\u0165 na sebe najviac ako sa d\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148. Ja si vyber\u00e1m t\u00fa druh\u00fa mo\u017enos\u0165, aj ke\u010f z kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska je ove\u013ea menej pr\u00edjemn\u00e1, dok\u00e1\u017ee mi prinies\u0165 kraj\u0161iu bud\u00facnos\u0165. Pre m\u0148a work-life balance znamen\u00e1 prv\u00e9 roky work a zvy\u0161ok \u017eivota life.<\/li>\n<li>Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee som mal od mali\u010dka probl\u00e9m s autoritami. Nikdy som sa \u00faplne nestoto\u017enil s my\u0161lienkou, \u017ee niekto in\u00fd by mal rozhodova\u0165 o mojom \u017eivote. Nem\u00e1m probl\u00e9m da\u0165 re\u0161pekt \u013eu\u010fom, ktor\u00ed si ho zasl\u00fa\u017eia. Ve\u013emi mi ale prek\u00e1\u017ea, ak je niekto autorita len z\u00a0princ\u00edpu. Napr\u00edklad je na vy\u0161\u0161ej poz\u00edci\u00ed ako ja, \u010di u\u017e vo firme, v \u0161kole alebo aj v \u0161t\u00e1te a z\u00e1rove\u0148 nevid\u00edm ni\u010d, \u010d\u00edm by si to ten \u010dlovek mohol zasl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165. V takomto pr\u00edpade je pre m\u0148a ve\u013emi \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 re\u0161pektova\u0165 ak\u00fdko\u013evek level nadradenosti alebo autority. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u00e1m r\u00e1d pocit, \u017ee m\u00e1m svoj \u017eivot vo vlastn\u00fdch ruk\u00e1ch a \u017ee m\u00f4\u017eem s\u00e1m rozhodova\u0165 o jednotliv\u00fdch veciach. Je to aj ist\u00fd level zodpovednosti, ktor\u00fa prij\u00edmam za v\u0161etky svoje rozhodnutia.
