Jeden de\u0148, ktor\u00fd mi uk\u00e1zal, ako \u010dasto siaham po mobile bez d\u00f4vodu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u017divot bez internetu je pre na\u0161u gener\u00e1ciu celkom nepredstavite\u013en\u00fd a predsa sa \u010dasto sklo\u0148uje detox od neho \u010di \u00faplne sa odstrihnutie od obrazoviek. Vedci sa cel\u00e9 roky sna\u017eia pouk\u00e1za\u0165 na probl\u00e9mov\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvanie digit\u00e1lnych technol\u00f3gi\u00ed u det\u00ed i dospel\u00fdch. Medzi negat\u00edvne vplyvy zvy\u0161uj\u00faceho sa \u010dasu pred obrazovkou <a href=\"https:\/\/ieeexplore.ieee.org\/abstract\/document\/9482573?casa_token=fs40w-N9OqwAAAAA:dUDLsRFALJaSGqzIV_iznBKh90GPFnVhCpvSeOnEhIgwQAveob1iHyMuHMSqHZ75OlFvz8Q_\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">patria<\/a> zhor\u0161en\u00e9 psychick\u00e9 zdravie, zhor\u0161en\u00fd sp\u00e1nok, obezita \u010di probl\u00e9my so socializ\u00e1ciou.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e1ta pri tom <a href=\"https:\/\/datareportal.com\/reports\/digital-2024-global-overview-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ukazuj\u00fa<\/a>, \u017ee mobiln\u00e9 telef\u00f3ny zaplavili takmer cel\u00fd svet. Na za\u010diatku roka 2024 dosiahol po\u010det unik\u00e1tnych pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013eov mobiln\u00fdch telef\u00f3nov 5,61 miliardy, \u010do predstavuje takmer 70 percent svetovej popul\u00e1cie. Pritom len za posledn\u00fd rok pribudlo 138 mili\u00f3nov nov\u00fdch pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013eov, \u010do je n\u00e1rast o 2,5 \u00a0percenta. E\u0161te viac zar\u00e1\u017ea, ko\u013eko \u013eud\u00ed je v neust\u00e1lom spojen\u00ed so svetom cez internet. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti m\u00e1 pr\u00edstup k internetu viac ako 5,35 miliardy \u013eud\u00ed, teda pribli\u017ene 66 percent v\u0161etk\u00fdch obyvate\u013eov plan\u00e9ty. Tie s\u00fa dnes takmer neoddelite\u013enou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou digit\u00e1lneho \u017eivota. Po\u010det akt\u00edvnych pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013eov prekro\u010dil p\u00e4\u0165 mili\u00e1rd, \u010do znamen\u00e1, \u017ee na soci\u00e1lnych platform\u00e1ch je akt\u00edvnych u\u017e vy\u0161e 62 percent svetovej popul\u00e1cie. Ka\u017edoro\u010dne prib\u00fadaj\u00fa st\u00e1mili\u00f3ny a len za posledn\u00fdch 12 mesiacov ide o 266 mili\u00f3nov nov\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dtov, \u010do predstavuje medziro\u010dn\u00fd n\u00e1rast o 5,6 percenta.<\/p>\n<h3>Probl\u00e9my hne\u010f od za\u010diatku<\/h3>\n<p>Svoj de\u0148 bez internetu som za\u010dala vypnut\u00edm Wi-Fi i d\u00e1t na mobile. Mohla som pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 bud\u00edk, fo\u0165\u00e1k \u010di pozn\u00e1mky, av\u0161ak aplik\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa internet nefungovali. De\u0148 offline som si napl\u00e1novala na v\u00edkend z praktick\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska, kedy mi nechodia pracovn\u00e9 maily a nemus\u00edm vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 notebook. Vr\u00e1tila som sa sp\u00e4\u0165 k ru\u010dn\u00fdm pozn\u00e1mkam, kde som si zapisovala postrehy po\u010das d\u0148a a ktor\u00e9 sl\u00fa\u017eili ako poklad pre m\u00f4j \u010dl\u00e1nok. Na za\u010diatku som si pozrela m\u00f4j priemern\u00fd \u010das na obrazovke, ktor\u00fd bol za posledn\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 4 hodiny a 44 min\u00fa, \u010do <a href=\"https:\/\/explodingtopics.com\/blog\/smartphone-usage-stats\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">predstavuje<\/a> pribli\u017ene priemer popul\u00e1cie za rok 2025.<\/p>\n<p>De\u0148 som za\u010dala bud\u00edkom a r\u00fdchlymi ra\u0148ajkami pred tr\u00e9ningom so psom. U\u017e tu som si v\u0161imla prv\u00fa zmenu, kedy mi moja rann\u00e1 rutina trvala o pribli\u017ene 15 min\u00fat krat\u0161ie, ke\u010f\u017ee som nepozerala rann\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy e\u0161te v posteli \u010di nescrollovala Instagram po\u010das ra\u0148ajok. \u00a0Hne\u010f po tr\u00e9ningu ma \u010dakal aj prv\u00fd probl\u00e9m v podobe platby v kaviarni. Zistila som, \u017ee sa nad kaviar\u0148ou t\u00fd\u010di reklamn\u00fd billboard s pr\u00edslu\u0161enstvo do k\u00fape\u013ene, ale v\u0161imla som si aj mal\u00fd hmyz, ktor\u00fd som p\u00f4vodne pova\u017eovala za kolibr\u00edka (tie na Slovensku ne\u017eij\u00fa). Samozrejme som chcela zisti\u0165, \u010do to bolo za\u010d, ale vyh\u013eada\u0165 som si ho mohla a\u017e na druh\u00fd de\u0148. Vedeli ste, \u017ee m\u00e1me slovensk\u00e9ho kolibr\u00edka? Naz\u00fdva sa <a href=\"https:\/\/urobsisam.zoznam.sk\/zahrada\/okrasna-zahrada\/zoznamte-sa-so-slovenskym-kolibrikom-videli-ste-ho-uz-aj-vo-vasej-zahrade\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Li\u0161aj marinkov\u00fd<\/a> a\u00a0ide o\u00a0mot\u00fd\u013ea s\u00a0netypick\u00fdm vzh\u013eadom.<\/p>\n<p>Chcela som si tie\u017e pre\u010d\u00edta\u0165 najnov\u0161ie spr\u00e1vy, ale v tla\u010denej podobe boli inform\u00e1cie z predo\u0161l\u00e9ho d\u0148a, ktor\u00e9 som \u010d\u00edtala u\u017e online de\u0148 predt\u00fdm. Doma som sa teda uch\u00fdlila ku knih\u00e1m, ktor\u00e9 som u\u017e nejak\u00fd \u010das odkladala. A skoro by som zabudla spomen\u00fa\u0165, ako som podvedome siahla nieko\u013ekokr\u00e1t na mobil, aby som si pozrela <em>\u201e\u010do je nov\u00e9\u201c <\/em>a pritom z\u00edval pr\u00e1zdnotou. Ke\u010f som sa chcela spoji\u0165 s niek\u00fdm, tak len s t\u00fdm, na koho som mala telef\u00f3nne \u010d\u00edslo. Ako mi ch\u00fdbala zelen\u00e1 ikonka, \u017ee je \u010dlovek online, \u010di inform\u00e1cia o tom, \u017ee si spr\u00e1vu pre\u010d\u00edtal.<\/p>\n<h3>Navig\u00e1cia, recepty i\u00a0r\u00fdchle vyh\u013ead\u00e1vanie<\/h3>\n<p>Neverila som, ako ve\u013emi som sa spoliehala na internet aj v t\u00fdch najban\u00e1lnej\u0161\u00edch situ\u00e1ci\u00e1ch. Zvykla som si pred cestou v aute pozrie\u0165 navig\u00e1ciu, \u010di nie s\u00fa po ceste nejak\u00e9 kol\u00f3ny alebo nehody, ak som cestu nevedela, tak som ju mala zapnut\u00fa po cel\u00fd \u010das. In\u0161pir\u00e1cie na jedl\u00e1 si uklad\u00e1m do z\u00e1lo\u017eky na internete, ktor\u00e1 samozrejme ne\u0161la a tak som varila od oka. V\u00fdsledok nebol zl\u00fd, ale pokra\u010dova\u0165 takto \u010falej, tak by musela by\u0165 kuchy\u0148a pln\u00e1 papierov\u00fdch kuch\u00e1rok a improviz\u00e1cie. No a o t\u00fdch r\u00fdchlych vyh\u013ead\u00e1vaniach, ktor\u00e9 som zistila, \u017ee rob\u00edm \u010dastej\u0161ie ako som si myslela ani nehovor\u00edm. Dokonca aj moja prech\u00e1dzka so psami sa musela zaob\u00eds\u0165 bez hudby a sledovania obrazovky, av\u0161ak o to viac som ocenila ticho a pokoj len k\u00fasok za moj\u00edm domom.<\/p>\n<h3>Nuda i\u00a0\u010das na prem\u00fd\u0161\u013eanie<\/h3>\n<p>Bez neust\u00e1leho pr\u00fadu notifik\u00e1ci\u00ed a\u00a0scrollovania som sa po\u010das d\u0148a c\u00edtila zvl\u00e1\u0161tne pr\u00e1zdno, ale nie nepr\u00edjemne. Nesk\u00f4r som mala pocit, \u017ee som sa za\u010dala viac s\u00fastredi\u0165, moje my\u0161lienky nemalo \u010do preru\u0161i\u0165 a\u00a0ni\u010d ma neodv\u00e1dzalo od toho, \u010do rob\u00edm. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee som si za\u010dala v\u0161\u00edma\u0165 viac detailov a\u00a0prem\u00fd\u0161\u013ea\u0165 do h\u013abky. Z\u00a0\u010dasti to bolo ve\u013emi oslobodzuj\u00face, podve\u010der som si na to u\u017e \u00faplne zvykla a\u00a0nemala potrebu kontrolova\u0165 mobil. Ve\u010der som zaspala o\u00a0mnoho r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie po p\u00e1r stran\u00e1ch knihy a bez zvy\u010dajn\u00e9ho scrollovania pred span\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Na za\u010diatku, ke\u010f som si vymyslela tento experiment, tak som neo\u010dak\u00e1vala ve\u013ek\u00e9 zmeny, ani probl\u00e9my. Av\u0161ak aj jeden de\u0148 mi uk\u00e1zal, ako ve\u013emi som si na \u017eivot s internetom zvykla a vyu\u017e\u00edvam ho pri \u00faplne ban\u00e1lnych \u010dinnostiach. Uk\u00e1zal mi v\u0161ak, \u017ee aj bez neho bez probl\u00e9mov pre\u017eijem (aspo\u0148 ob\u010das). Mo\u017eno by neza\u0161kodilo, ak by sa z d\u0148a offline stala pravideln\u00e1 aktivita.
