Robia si napr\u00edklad \u017earty z\u00a0toho, \u017ee Zoomeri neradi telefonuj\u00fa, p\u00ed\u0161u ve\u013emi neform\u00e1lne maily, alebo op\u00fa\u0161\u0165aj\u00fa kancel\u00e1riu hne\u010f ako odbij\u00fa \u0161tyri hodiny.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>A\u00a0ak\u00ed naozaj s\u00fa?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Aby sme s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fa gener\u00e1ciu spoznali bli\u017e\u0161ie, oslovili sme tri odborn\u00ed\u010dky. Martu Hane\u010d\u00e1kov\u00fa, ktor\u00e1 s\u00a0pracuje s\u00a0mlad\u00fdmi \u013eu\u010fmi na v\u00fdchodnom Slovensku od konca 70. rokov. Luciu Macal\u00e1kov\u00fa z\u00a0Prievidze, ktor\u00e1 pracuje s\u00a0ml\u00e1de\u017eou naprie\u010d slovensk\u00fdmi regi\u00f3nmi a\u00a0v\u00a0s\u00fa\u010dasnosti vedie rozvojov\u00fd program pre t\u00edned\u017eerov \u2013 digiPEERS. A Simonu \u0160intalov\u00fa, ktor\u00e1 pracuje v\u00a0organiz\u00e1cii DASATO, kde osobnostne a kari\u00e9rne rozv\u00edjaj\u00fa anga\u017eovan\u00fdch stredo\u0161kol\u00e1kov z r\u00f4znych k\u00fatov Slovenska.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eNemysl\u00edm si, \u017ee by mlad\u00ed \u013eudia boli leniv\u00ed. Museli \u010daka\u0165 aj polroka, k\u00fdm sa re\u00e1lne na v\u00fdmenu dostali,\u201c vysvet\u013euje Marta. Dod\u00e1va, \u017ee \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci nekalkulovali, te\u0161ili sa, pripravovali a boli trpezlivej\u0161\u00ed.<br \/>\nSvoju sk\u00fasenos\u0165 spred takmer tridsiatich rokov porovn\u00e1va so s\u00fa\u010dasnos\u0165ou: \u201eKe\u010f som pripravovala posledn\u00fa v\u00fdmenu, \u010dasto sa menili \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci, preto\u017ee dostali nejak\u00fa lep\u0161iu ponuku.
