The remaining 5% of voters remain undecided, with an additional 2% refusing to answer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> Too Close to Call: Could Undecided Voters Tip the Scale? <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">An election forecast published by <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Onet<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> on <\/span>May 25<span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> paints a picture of a country on a knife\u2019s edge: the chances of either candidate winning are described as <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cextremely balanced\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, with the final result possibly determined by <\/span>fractions of a percent<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The deciding factor? <\/span>Undecided voters<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, who still represent a significant portion of the electorate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/wiadomosci.onet.pl\/wybory\/wybory-prezydenckie\/sondaz-podpowiada-kto-zaglosuje-w-ii-turze-wyborow-na-mniejsze-zlo\/f5fpyr0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">new poll<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> conducted by UCE Research for <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Onet<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and released on <\/span>May 26<span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> offers further insight: a vast majority of voters (74.3%) say they will vote &#8211; but not out of enthusiasm. Instead, they admit they will back the candidate they see as the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201clesser evil.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Only 10.1% of respondents express clear support for a preferred candidate, while 15.6% remain unsure.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Controversies and Scandals: Will They Matter at the Ballot Box?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Despite a series of personal and political controversies, <\/span>Karol Nawrocki\u2019s support has proven remarkably resilient<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Scandals have included:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A small Warsaw apartment allegedly acquired under unclear circumstances.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">His documented participation in violent football fan clashes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">His use of snus during a live televised presidential debate.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Polls suggest that these controversies have <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">not<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> significantly eroded Nawrocki\u2019s base. Yet, a recent Opinia24 survey for TVN and TVN24 shows that <\/span>more than half of Polish respondents view these incidents negatively<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">And new allegations surfaced just yesterday. On <\/span>May 26<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Onet<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> published interviews with individuals claiming to be former colleagues of Nawrocki from his time working as a security guard at the prestigious Grand Hotel in the seaside city of Sopot. They accuse him of organizing escorts for prostitutes delivered to the hotel guests &#8211; a serious claim that Nawrocki has so far not publicly addressed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Although these sources chose to remain anonymous due to safety concerns, they state they are <\/span>willing to testify in court<span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> if necessary.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>A Divided Electorate, an Unpredictable Election<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Poland\u2019s 2025 presidential election has become a symbol of its ongoing political division.
